Making adventure easier to access


Without you, our young people would not have the amazing experiences that they do, and we're here to help support you in any way we can. From initial enquiry to booking and post booking, we want to talk to you about how we can make the process even easier - to give you more time enjoying the trip and less time organising it!

We engage with our members and guests as much as we can, both during and after the event, to ensure we continue to refine and enhance the programme for your return visit.

We listen to your feedback and offer a wide range of badge programmes, events and adult training based on what you've have told us you want us to deliver. These 'packaged' programmes are designed to support you to be able to take more young people away - and more easily.

How can we help?

1. We'll support you through the booking process, from enquiry to booking and beyond.  Talk to our dedicated Customer Support Coordinators to ensure consistency throughout the journey.

2. We'll give you a dedicated programme leader on all of our schools packages.

3. We'll ensure your group are met once on centre and have a 'go-to' person for the duration of your stay.

4. We'll support your trip with skills sheets and resources to help you take learning back into your weekly meetings and or when out and about on your future adventures!
