1. First steps

Speak to our experienced team to get your journey with us started. We’ll have a chat about what you’re looking for, take a few details and check dates. You can ask us any questions, and we can arrange for you to visit your chosen centre. Once you’re happy, we’ll put together a quote for you.

2. Confirming your booking

We just ask for a 20% deposit within 21 days to confirm your booking. We work this deposit out on our current pricing based on the details you give us when you enquire. 

You can pay by bank transfer (BACS) or give us a ring to pay by card over the phone. No problem if you change your mind - there’s no obligation and your quote will automatically expire.

3. Getting the details right

This is the exciting bit! Once you've paid your deposit, we'll consider your booking confirmed and start to plan all the details of your visit. 

We’ll work with you to create an activity schedule that matches your group and your objectives, organise your catering, and sort anything else you need. 

We're really flexible, so if you don't fancy activities or need catering this time around, it's no bother!

4. Double checking

We’ll be in touch about 2 months before your arrival to finalise your booking and check you’re ready. We’ll send you your final costs, with payment due on departure (again by bank transfer or card).

If you've booked catering with us, we'll need to take your dietary requirements at this point too. We'll also check if anyone in your group has any additional or medical needs that we can support you with.

5. Ready to go!

You should now be ready to rock up at our centre! You’ll find everything you need to plan the final bits on our website - including risk assessments, arrival guides, and sample menus. We’ll be here to help at every step too.
