We take fun pretty seriously
We give young people safe places for adventures that challenge and inspire them. It's because we believe amazing things happen in the great outdoors.
Since 1907, we've bought informal outdoor learning to generations of young people. We must have done something right - Scouts is trusted by it's 54 million members and their families worldwide to deliver essential life skills. Week in, week out.
We take fun pretty seriously. Jetty jumps, lights out laughter and marshmallow toasting. These are the experiences that help young people grow and develop the skills they need to succeed.

Fundays at Gilwell Park
Join us for a weekend of spectacular fun at Fundays for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Rainbows & Brownies. Saturday 13 June and/or Sunday 14 June 2026 at Gilwell Park. From face painting and live entertainers to thrilling activities and outdoor adventure - there's something for everyone to enjoy. This year's theme is Fundays in the Wild.
Active Adventures
Active Adventures is the ultimate outdoor adventure club for children aged 8 – 16 (members and non-members) designed to inspire, excite, and encourage a love for the great outdoors. Taking place at Broadstone Warren, Gilwell Park and Youlbury.
After Fright at Gilwell Park
One of Scout Adventures’ most popular events is back — with a thrilling new twist. From 30 October to 1 November 2026 at Gilwell Park, Scarefest returns with a brand-new identity as After Fright.
