Days of fun-filled activities for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Rainbows & Brownies based on building skills, facing challenges, boosting confidence, developing friendships and exploring the great outdoors.

Packages:
- Young Person Package: Saturday and Sunday (including activities, camping and food). £85 per person.
- Leader Package: Saturday and Sunday (including camping and food). £40 per person.
- Upgrade Package to Tented Village: £30 per person
- Upgrade Package to Lodge: £40 per person
- Lodge and Tented Village accommodation is limited and booked on a first come, first served basis. Email [email protected] to check availability.
- Food includes meals from Saturday lunch through to Sunday lunch.

Please note, no VAT is charged on event bookings for Girlguiding members.

We’re on the look out for enthusiastic, hands-on volunteers (aged 18+) to help bring Fundays to life at Gilwell Park.

Taking place on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June 2026, Fundays is a lively, high-energy event designed for Squirrels, Beaves, Cubs, Rainbows and Brownies packed with outdoor adventure, fun and discovery.

This year’s theme is Fundays in the Wild, with a brilliant programme including animal encounters, interactive science experiences, entertainment and outdoor activities. We’re looking for friendly, proactive volunteers to help create a welcoming, safe and memorable experience for every group attending.

Whether you can support for a full day, the whole weekend or just a few hours, your time will make a real difference. Food, refreshments and accommodation (if required) will be provided.

Love the buzz of a big event? Enjoy working as part of a friendly team? Happy to get stuck in and help things run smoothly? Then we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for volunteers to support with traffic, check in, activity support, general event deliver and helping visitors have a brilliant day.

Join us for an exclusive taster evening of outdoor adventure at Gilwell Park – just for Scouts and Girlguiding members!

Try out our popular outdoor activities on a relaxed ‘queue and do’ basis — just turn up, get stuck in, and enjoy the adventure! The exact activities will be confirmed closer to the event, but expect a mix of hands-on fun that’s perfect for building confidence, learning new skills, or simply having a great time.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to use this as one of your weekly sessions, meet other members, explore what we have to offer and experience the spirit of Gilwell Park. Whether you're curious, new, or returning, everyone's welcome!

This Discover Adventure night will take place on Tuesday 23 June 2026, from 6pm to 8pm. If you can't make this event, Discover Adventure Nights take place monthly.

£6 per person.

All leaders go free - Unfortunately, leaders won't be able to take part in activities unless required to do so for safety reasons.
