Thanks for your booking to join us at Takeover Gilwell Park. We're really excited to launch these brand new events this year, and we hope you're just as excited to be one of the first to try them out. 

If you've already paid your deposit

Thanks if you've already paid your deposit online when booking. You'll find your receipt attached to your confirmation email.

The balance of your booking is due by 1 July 2023. It's up to you if you'd like to pay in instalments, or if you'd prefer to pay the full balance all at once. You can make payments at any time using the bank account details on the top right of the receipt attached. Please include your reference when making a payment so we know which booking to allocate it to. 

If you chose to pay later

You now have 21 days from today to pay your deposit. You can do this using the bank account details on the top right of the receipt attached to your confirmation email. Please include your reference when making a payment so we know which booking to allocate it to. If we don't receive a deposit from you within 21 days, we'll release your booking so others can make use of the tickets.

The balance of your booking is then due by 1 July 2023. It's up to you if you'd like to pay in instalments, or if you'd prefer to pay the full balance all at once. You can make payments at any time using the same bank account details and your booking reference.

We're busy in the background putting together a great programme and sorting out all the logistics. As we have news, we'll share this with you by email, on our social media and on our Takeover Gilwell webpages. 

We'll also be in touch before the event to collect all the details we need to know about you. Please be ready with the names and personal information of everyone attending, including dietary requirements and any additional or medical needs. You may also like to start putting together your travel plans and other logistics for the event.
